Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Scatter Win ("scatter win", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at scatterwin.org. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the scatter win platform, including but not limited to sports betting, basketball betting, live casino, online slots, and the Scatter Win VIP programme.

By registering a scatter win account, accessing the scatter win platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the scatter win Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Scatter win is designed exclusively for Filipino players located in the Philippines. The platform operates in Philippine English, settles all bets and transactions in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱), and supports Philippine-specific payment methods including GCash and Maya. If you are located outside the Philippines, you must not register a scatter win account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use scatter win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Scatter win strictly enforces a 21-year minimum age requirement. No individual under the age of 21 may register, access, or use any scatter win service under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and while using scatter win services.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register scatter win accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested exclusion from scatter win or other gaming platforms.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any of the above of scatter win or its affiliates.

Scatter win reserves the right to require documentary verification of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS, GSIS, or PRC ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one scatter win account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one scatter win account is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, scatter win reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending or settled bets, and forfeit any balances held in accounts opened in violation of this rule.

When registering a scatter win account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid email address.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Create a strong and unique password for your scatter win account and not share it with any third party.
• Notify scatter win immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your scatter win account.

Scatter win is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your scatter win account.

All scatter win accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Scatter win may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, age, or source of funds. Common documents accepted include valid Philippine government-issued IDs, proof of billing such as a Meralco or PLDT statement, and bank account or GCash account screenshots. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All scatter win account transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Scatter win accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods:

• GCash — instant deposit via GCash e-wallet linked to your verified Philippine mobile number
• Maya — instant deposit via Maya e-wallet
• InstaPay — real-time Philippine peso bank transfer via the BSP InstaPay network
• Philippine bank transfer — standard transfer to the scatter win designated bank account

The minimum deposit amount at scatter win is ₱100. GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly to your scatter win account balance. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmed receipt, which may take up to one banking day depending on your bank.

For withdrawals, scatter win processes requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Minimum ₱200, typically processed within 24 hours of approval
• InstaPay and Philippine bank transfer: Minimum ₱500, typically processed within 1–3 banking days

Scatter win does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Scatter win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds may only be withdrawn to accounts or e-wallets held in the player's verified name.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Scatter win offers sports betting, basketball betting, live casino, and online slots to eligible Filipino players. The following general rules apply across all scatter win gaming products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Scatter win does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of clear and verifiable technical error.
• Scatter win reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where a technical error affected pricing, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation.
• The maximum and minimum stake limits for each market and game are displayed within the scatter win platform at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by event, market type, and player account.
• Scatter win offers live in-play betting on selected markets including PBA games, NBA games, and other sporting events. Live odds are updated in real time and may change between the moment you view them and the moment your bet is confirmed.
• All casino game outcomes at scatter win are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Scatter win does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Wins and losses are settled and applied to your scatter win account balance promptly after the conclusion of the relevant event or game round.

For basketball betting specifically, scatter win covers the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) including all three conferences — the Philippine Cup, Commissioner's Cup, and Governors' Cup — as well as the NBA, FIBA tournaments including Gilas Pilipinas campaigns, and other selected competitions. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

Scatter win may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, enhanced odds, and other incentives to eligible Filipino players from time to time. All scatter win bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all scatter win bonus offers:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only and are subject to minimum age, verification, and account standing requirements.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must read and understand these before accepting any bonus.
• Scatter win does not guarantee that any bonus or promotion will result in a net win for the player. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and all normal gaming risks apply.
• Scatter win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been accepted and wagering is in progress, the original terms of that specific offer will be honoured unless fraud or abuse is detected.
• Multiple accounts may not be used to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses across multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the specific promotion's withdrawal conditions.

7. Responsible Gaming

Scatter win is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of Filipino players. Scatter win recognises that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all scatter win accounts:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their scatter win account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders within scatter win account settings. These reminders alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on scatter win. Scatter win reserves the right to close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all related bets, and forfeit account balances where prohibited conduct is established:

• Registering more than one scatter win account or assisting others in doing so
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Colluding with other players in casino games or betting markets
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access scatter win or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information trading, or manipulation of sporting events
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of illegal activity, including money laundering
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any part of the scatter win platform or its underlying technology
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing scatter win staff, agents, or other players
• Accessing scatter win from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

Scatter win cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and financial regulators where investigations involving player accounts or gaming activity are required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the scatter win platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and look of the platform — is the property of scatter win or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use scatter win solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any scatter win content without prior written authorisation
• Use scatter win's name, logo, trademarks, or branding for any commercial purpose
• Frame or embed any scatter win page or content on an external website without written permission
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from scatter win

The scatter win name and logo are brand identifiers of the platform. Unauthorised use of these identifiers for commercial purposes or impersonation is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Scatter win provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, scatter win excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions — express, implied, or statutory — relating to the platform and its services.

Scatter win shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming or betting activity on the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data
• Platform unavailability, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond scatter win's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks
• Any actions taken by scatter win in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding

Where scatter win's liability cannot be excluded by law, scatter win's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Scatter win collects, processes, and stores personal data from Filipino players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a scatter win account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the scatter win Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key privacy principles applied by scatter win include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate scatter win accounts, verify player identity, process payments, and comply with legal obligations
• Scatter win does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Player financial data including GCash and Maya account details and Philippine bank account numbers are stored securely using encryption and are not shared beyond the payment processing chain
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention requirements

12. Account Suspension and Closure

Scatter win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where:

• There is evidence of a breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a required timeframe
• The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or by an authorised third party on the player's behalf
• Scatter win is required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, scatter win may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, outstanding verified balances will be returned to the player's verified Philippine payment method following completion of any applicable verification process.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their scatter win account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Scatter win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect player rights, obligations, or the operation of scatter win services — scatter win will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law may take effect immediately upon publication on the scatter win platform.

The version of these Terms displayed on the scatter win platform at any given time is the current operative version. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree to an updated version of these Terms, you must stop using scatter win and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of scatter win after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of scatter win shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Scatter win encourages Filipino players to contact scatter win's support team in the first instance to resolve any account, betting, or payment dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. Most issues can be resolved promptly by contacting [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including relevant dates, amounts, and transaction references.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, scatter win will provide a written decision within a reasonable period. If you remain unsatisfied with scatter win's decision, you may pursue any remedies available to you under Philippine law.
